Existing start up companies in which Nascendo has invested: Nascendo provides on going services to maximise the value creation and prepare for its realisation in the medium term. Remuneration is a combination of cash fees and equity depending on the specific situations.

Fast growing companies: Nascendo provides services to small and medium sized companies for a combination of cash fees and equity in kind. Services cover the full range of skills available within Nascendo, with a possible emphasis on M&A and operational hands-on assistance (business planning, etc.).

Industrial partners: These clients include both a select group of industrial companies and Venture Capital funds that are looking for a tailored service on the ground. This "Gate Keeper" service includes the identification and screening of investment opportunities, as well as due diligences and structuring. Nascendo receives a combination of monthly retainer cash fees and a share of the upside generated by investments made.

Industrial shareholders: Nascendo acts as an "in house" corporate finance advisor to those of its industrial investors requiring a special service. Remuneration is along the same lines as Industrial partners above.
